The lecture will provide a basic overview of copyright, its division and the most common violations, while presenting the possibilities and rights available to authors in court proceedings. All this with interesting examples from case law and with reference to the most important changes brought by the new Law on Copyright and Related Rights. The lecture will be held in Croatian.
